Figaro has released a new low-power MEMS methane gas sensor: TGS8410, a combustible gas sensor with lower power consumption in Figaro's product line, based on its more than 50 years of semiconductor gas sensor experience and high Fusion of integrated MEMS technology. And the power consumption is as low as only one lithium battery (based on the use of 2.8V/2400mAh lithium battery) can make the gas detector work for up to 5 years.
Filtronic PLC can now offer the Cerus series of high power E-band amplifiers and the high power range is now available in one, four and eight way amplifier versions. All amplifiers combine their GaAs HEMT PA MMICs in performance and power combinations matched in waveguides to maximize power output. Operating in the 71-76ghz and 81-86ghz bands, the amplifier provides excellent saturation power output levels up to +36dBm and higher, and provides 1dB gain compression points at +31dBm, with dimensions of only 40mm x 40mm x 47mm and weights of only 160g
