AMS OSRAM MIRA220 1/2.7 2.2MP NIR enhanced global shutter image sensor design is used for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine visual applications. These sensors use advanced BSI technology, with 2.79 μm small pixel size and high sensitivity. This series has 1600 (H) × 1400 (V) effective resolution and 12 largest depth, supporting external trigger, window, horizontal or vertical mirroring and other films.
The maximum frame rate is 90fps (full resolution and depth). Mira220 sensor uses the MIPI CSI-2 interface to easily interact with the processor and FPGA. You can access the register on the film through the standard I2C interface to easily configure the sensor.
