IAR Systems announces new version 3.10 of IAR Embedded Workbench and IAR Build Tool (Renesas RH850 version) with full support for the Renesas RH850 for creating the next generation of breakthrough solutions for the automotive industry and enabling innovation in the automotive industry

IAR Embedded Workbench and IAR Build Tools (version RH850) have been upgraded to the latest technology platforms, including the use of the latest C/C++ language (with support for the C++17 language standard library), which will allow developers to build higher-level code to handle more complex tasks.
Additionally, the latest release includes a 64-bit IDE and editor with Programmer's Dark Mode, as well as a streamlined cross-platform IAR build tool for automating the build and testing process for frameworks built on Ubuntu, Red Hat or Windows .
This release also provides developers with extensions for Visual Studio Code to meet growing customer demand. These extensions are compatible with the latest versions of IAR Embedded Workbench and IAR Build Tools (version RH850), and are easily available on the Visual Studio Code Marketplace.
The latest version of the IAR toolchain (RH850 version) supports all the latest versions of Renesas RH850 high performance and scalable multi-core MCUs.
