NCS2003 is a low-voltage operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output drive capability. Its 1.8V operating voltage allows high performance in low-voltage, low-power applications. Other features include: no output phase inversion with overdrive input, low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV, ultra-low input bias current of 1pA, and unity-gain bandwidth of 5MHz at 1.8V.
