Omni Pro Electronics has announced the new NAZR series surface mount high cv aluminum electrolytic capacitors released by NIC Component. The series has an operating temperature range of -55C to +105C and is available in six case sizes with diameters of 12.5mm, 16mm and 18mm. The new capacitors have capacitance values from 47uF to 10000uf and voltage ratings from 6.3VDC to 100VDC. These capacitors provide a rated load life of 5000 hours at +105C (20000 hours at +85C).
It is also a recommended alternative to the traditional NACKA series (NRND). It supports up to 100VDC of power application requirements, including -48VDC/-60VDC power for 5G infrastructure, high-voltage 57V IIoT and telecommunications and data communication (ICT) network equipment. The series supports optional wide terminals for high vibration applications, packaged on tape and reel for automatic pickup and placement, and subsequently reflow welded to 245C.
Suitable applications include cellular infrastructure, enterprise-class, power circuits, power control and load regulators.
