PAZC099 is rated for 5V applications with a peak pulse power of 100 watts (8/20 microseconds) per line. PAZC099 provides surge suppression and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in such high-speed data line applications. ESD protection> 25kV. It combines eight ultra-low capacitance steering diodes for up to four separate data or transmission lines.
