    The new product adopts the high withstand voltage BiCDMOS process and integrates the analog design technology that ROHM is good at. It can achieve a working voltage of up to 40V and an industry-leading voltage detection accuracy of ±0.75%. It is a window type*1 reset IC. In addition, the detection voltage can be set flexibly, from the low voltage range around microcontrollers common to standard reset ICs to the high voltage range of automotive and industrial equipment power supplies, allowing for high-precision monitoring of voltage anomalies, thus contributing to Build systems with no waste (moderate voltage headroom) and high reliability in a wide range of applications.

     In addition, by incorporating ROHM's own ultra-low quiescent current technology "Nano Energy™", the quiescent current is reduced to a very low 500nA (0.5µA, or 1/16 of ordinary products with the same function and accuracy), and customers adopt this product There is no need to worry about the increase in power consumption when the engine is stopped in battery-powered in-vehicle applications, so this product is also suitable for adding a voltage monitoring function to various power supply circuits for in-vehicle and industrial equipment that require functional safety*2.
