The ISL9011 is a high-performance dual LDO capable of delivering 150mA current and 300mA current from channels 1 and 2. This device has low standby current and high PSRR, output capacitance stability of 1 to 10 mu mu F F, the ESR is as high as 200 mΩ. Reference bypass pins allow external capacitors to adjust the noise filter for low noise and high PSRR applications.
Typical Application
When LDO is enabled and activated, the static current is usually only 45 μA. Individual enable pins control each individual LDO output. When both enable pins are low, the device is off, usually with a pin voltage of less than 0.1µA. Several voltage output combinations are standard. The output voltage of each LDO ranges from 1.5V to 3.3V. Other output voltage options are available upon request.
