Renesas Electronics Corporation today expanded its popular ZMOD4510 OAQ gas sensor platform, the industry's first fully calibrated miniature digital OAQ sensor solution with selective ozone measurement capability. New Yorker Electronics has released a new Vishay Siliconix 30V N-channel Groin FET, Gen V Power MOSFET, in a 3.3mm x 3.3mm thermal enhanced PowerPAK 1212-8S package that offers a 29% IMPROVEMENT in FOM over previous generation devices. With reduced on-off and switching losses, MOSFET simplifies the designer's choice of working with both.
